My Name, My Responsibility. I am Ondřej Podhorný, a technology leader specializing in architectural governance and engineering intelligence. Over more than two decades, I co-founded and built a successful technology company, while also spending a key part of my career in the high-stakes Defense Industry.
This combination taught me to see challenges from two essential perspectives — the owner’s (business, strategy, P&L) and the engineer’s (technology, execution). Above all, it taught me to deliver reliability and calm in environments where failure is not an option.

After years of building complex systems and leading teams through technical evolution, I realized that the most critical risks often go unseen until it's too late. Codebase Pulse is the algorithmization of that experience—turning architectural intuition into deterministic data.
Outside the office, I train the same discipline through boxing — and I’ve tested my risk management on a solo motorcycle journey across the Arctic and Alaska.
